- Can i schedule for third parties?

It is possible to schedule for third parties. Just have their ticket in hand (the photo of the QR Code on your smartphone also works).

- Why do the opening hours of the attractions change every day?

Para que as piscinas naturais estejam expostas e acessíveis, é preciso que a visitação aconteça perto do horário de pico da maré baixa. Esse For the natural pools to be exposed and accessible, visitation must occur close to the peak time of low tide. This time changes every day and follows the cycle of the moon. Understand better how to consult a tide table..

- Why are the vacancies at the booked attractions limited?

All attractions that require prior booking are attractions with natural pools. It means that we are opening for visitation an extremely sensitive and vital environment for marine life. These pools have corals - even if you can't see them because of the sand, they're there. Corals are organisms sensitive to physical impact; therefore, a specific number of daily vacancies for each pool open to visitors was determined based on the carrying capacity study.

- Why is it not allowed to touch the bottom of the pools?

The natural pools have the bottom covered with corals, organisms with structures sensitive to physical impact. To avoid damage is mandatory to wear a life jacket, mask and snorkel to enter the pool and keep floating during the bath.

- I changed the dates of my trip. What do I do with the ticket already purchased?

When purchasing your ticket online, you will need to enter your travel dates. However, changing these dates does not affect the ten-day validity of the ticket since the days only start to count from the first access/activation of the ticket at one of the Points of Information and Control of the Park or at the ticket office of the Visitors Center.
